Connecting Problems
If you are not able to connect to the Broadband W-Fi network please switch off the router and unplug for 30 seconds. Restart and check for routers name in Network list - normally PSA-XXXX (where XXXX will be letters and numbers) with the password of "psapsapsa".

If no PSA network is found check the base of router for the original Network name and password, as they will on occasion re-set themselves. If the original name is showing on Network list, connect using the password on the base of the router.

Please note some older laptops may not work with the Wi-Fi and you may have to use the Network cable supplied in the property or contact us for use of one of ours.

Slow Speeds
To determine your current speed visit Speedtest.net and after running test make a note of the Ping, Download and Upload speeds. Switch off the router and unplug for 30 seconds. Restart and retest.

To give a clearer idea of whether it is an internet issue or the broadband provider managing the service, test the speed at ideally 3 different times of the day.
